While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Loose Moissanite Stones purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below:
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day of receipt to request a RMA.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We do not refund the original shipping costs with the return.
- To coordinate your return, you can contact us at support@wholesalemoissanite.com. If your return is valid, we will send you your return authorization number, and instructions on how and where to send your package. NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded unless you received damaged merchandise.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages. A Signature is required on all returns.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
- Please allow at least 1 full billing cycle for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
- Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization – is required to be considered a valid return.

The most efficient way to exchange is and ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
