We ship within the United States and around the world.  Most orders are shipped the same day if placed by 4pm eastern time.  Shipping and handling fees apply to all orders.  All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) to us.  All items must be returned in their original, unused, and unset condition within thirty (30) days of the purchase for a full refund or credit toward future purchases.  All returned items must include the original packaging and documentation and show no signs of wear or abuse.  Refunds are made for the original purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling fees, there is an additional 5% restocking fee on all finished jewelry, special orders are final sales.  All returns require a return authorization number.
